New Years Day Kings Beach
01 January 2015A few members reported for duty to assist KB life guards on the beach to keep bathers safe.
There were lots of treatment for blue bottle stings and helped out with lost children.
There was a incident where a adult male was caught in a rip current and together with a KB lifeguard on a rescue Malibu board ,CWR swimmers pulled him out and brought him safely to shore.
I another incident CWR support crew assisted with a person who had fainted and took him to the club house where he was seen to by EMS medical personal.
