08Oct2022 - Capsized boat - Swartkops River Mouth

This morning at 09:37 the CWR squad was activated following a report on the Water Emergency Rescue Committee that a boat had capsized in the Swartkops River Mouth.

Shortly before our arrival, further information was received that both casualties on the boat were accounted for and safely on shore with no injuries reported.

A stand down was issued to the squad, and squad members assisted the boat owner in retrieving the boat onto the trailer and back into the parking lot.
