11Mar2018 - MVA Swartkops N2 Bridge

Tonight at 19:48 Coastal Water Rescue activated the squad after reports of a motor vehicle accident in BWB where a vehicle had left the road (N2), and landed in the Swartkops River below.

While en route to the scene we received further information that the driver was safely out of the vehicle and on dry land, and issued a stand down to the squad. The driver was attended to and transported to hospital by EMS.
